The Company was founded in 1967 by Heinz Gellner and his Norwegian wife, Tove as a cultured pearl trading enterprise. Today, Gellner stands for trend-setting cultured pearl design. Jorg Gellner took over as managing Director in 1996, taking the company into the 2nd generation. A passion for pearls and a belief in the fascination of natural beauty are still the guiding principles of the Gellner Company.
