Macan, meaning 'Tiger' in Balinese, is an exciting new evolution of the Palu collection.
In Japan, the Tiger is associated with the samurai, a caste of aristocratic
warriors. Throughout East Asia, the Tiger is symbolic of courage, passion and triumph over the impossible.
The hand-hammered Palu surface registers the impact of the hammer, the metalsmith's
primary tool. The tiger stripes are rendered in a delicately carved chain motif,
or directly hammered into the silver. Macan's distinctive Kabuki eyes are a tribute to its Japanese tradition

Palu Macan Lava collection features a 'lava' of pave-set colored gemstones in sultry tone-related hues.
Tiger stripes are rendered in Black Sapphires.
