Pam Hyneman, owner of Camden & Co., offers jewelry with a personal touch. Inher store, Hyneman has created a gathering place. "The women who work here exude a positive spirit and a warm, low-key attitude, so our clients can relax and spend time with friends," Hyneman says. "What really sets us apart is our empathetic ear, the hugs we exchange, and the lighthearted moments we share." Hyneman tells about a physician who stops by every Saturday morning for a cup of coffee before his son's soccer game, a mother of four who drops by for a glass of wine before she goes home to her family, and several women battling breast cancer who come by seeking a nurturing refuge. "Moments like these define who we are," she says. "At the end of the day, we can truly say it has not been about the number of sales but about the memorable moments."
